A Brief History of Siloam Springs, Arkansas

Siloam Springs Spanish Church Organized in 1997

The Springdale First Spanish church was growing rapidly and a part of the church moved to Siloam Springs to begin a church there. In February 1997, the Siloam Springs Spanish group began meeting at Elder Joe Espinoza’s home, with an attendance of up to seventy. On May 17, 1997, they were organized as the Siloam Springs Spanish SDA church (Minutes, 1997).

A New Church in 1998

In January 1998, it was voted for the Siloam Springs Spanish church to purchase an existing church building in which to hold their services (Minutes, 1998).
